Christmas Street, the Paso del Norte Children’s Development Center’s fund raising partner, was formed in 1973 by the same group of citizens that started the Paso Del Norte Children’s Development Center Inc. The first Christmas Street fund raiser was held at the El Paso Country Club December that year.. We love visiting Christmas Street in Taylorsville! All the houses are decorated and they each display some words from The Night Before Christmas.
